West Indies Stun England

The West Indies have beaten England in an away Test match for the first time in 17 years.

The Caribbean men produced a masterful run chase to beat the English men by five wickets in an exciting clash.

Chasing 322 for victory, Shai Hope displayed top class batting, becoming the first man to score a century in both innings of a Test match at Headingley.

Opener Kraigg Brathwaite had earlier struck a solid 95 after being dropped by Alastair Cook on four.

Jermaine Blackwood’s made 41 while Hope who hit the winning runs finished unbeaten on 118.

The three-match Test series is now tied at 1-1 with the decider set for September 7-11 at Lord’s.

Scores: England 258 all out & 490 for 8 declared. West Indies 427 all out & 322 for 5.
