The President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated on Tuesday his call to the Venezuelan people to participate in the municipal elections that will take place next Sunday.
“I call all the people to go out and elect their mayors, to vote and succeed. We have to go out and vote,” said the head of state from La Llovizna Park, Bolívar state, during a working meeting with the mining sector.
“We have to exercise the will, the popular sovereignty. Every time there are elections, the Bolivarian people have to go out and vote and back their candidacies in all the mayorships of the country,” he added.
On Sunday December 10, 19,740,846 voters are called in Venezuela to choose the 335 new mayors of the country.
